Grow lucky bamboo in soil and care tips



Lucky bamboo is a most popular perennial indoor plant, in the family Asparagaceae and native to the Central Africa. Actually lucky bamboo is not a bamboo plant, it is a kind of Dracaena. It's scientific name is Dracaena sanderiana. Lucky bamboo is a very popular in India, but most of its Actual imported from China and Taiwan. It consider lucky plant, but I don't know what the lucky part. But one thing is that scientifically proven is that it is a great air purifying house plant. In this video I'm going to show you how to grow lucky bamboo plant in soil and it's care. Lucky bamboo is a very low maintenance plant you can grow in soil as well as water and you can propagate through stem cutting.

Plant Grow steps :
First of all make potting mix for lucky bamboo. The ratio of the potting mix is 90% cocopeat and 10% vermicompost or any type of organic compost. Take a well drainage container and fill it with potting mix. Make some holes into the potting mix with your finger or any gardening tools. Take this bamboo cuttings and place into the hole and press it gently. Finally sprinkle little bit of water.

Caring tips of lucky bamboo plant :
First tip is light : This plant don't required full sunlight, keep your plant out of direct sunlight.
Second tip is watering : If you grow this plant in water just frequently change this water every 10 to 15 days and if you grow this plant in soil keep this soil just moist.
Third and final tip is remove dead or yellow leaves.

How to propagate wandering jew or inch plant from cutting and care



Wandering jew is a perennial ornamental beautiful foliage decorative house plant. It's commonly known as an inchplant, tradescantia zebrina, wandering jew and formerly known as zebrina pendula. Because attractive zebra-patterned leaves, the upper surface of the leaves showing purple color and parallel silver-colored stripes and lower leaf surface of the leaves is deep uniform magenta color. This plant mainly native to Mexico, Central America and Colombia. It's commonly grow in hanging pot and ground cover also. It is a very fast growing plant. This plant mainly propagate through stem cutting. It is a very easy process and you can do it any time of the year, but best growing season is early autumn, spring and monsoon. Just cut any stem and plant into the normal soil or coco peat. don't require any kind of rooting powder.

Plant propagation steps:
First of all cut any stem from the main plant. Take a well drained pot and fill it with some coco peat. Take this cutting and plant into the coco peat and press it gently. Finally give some water and keep it partial shade place. After 2 weeks cutting look like this. Look at this root development. roots are very well developed. Now we transplant into the similar pot. Take this pot and fill it with some coco peat or normal garden soil and planted this wandering jew. Finally give some water.
Wandering jew is a very low maintenance plant, don't need any special care for this planet.

The caring tips of wandering jew plant:
First tip is light : It prefer indirect sunlight for best growth.
Second tip is potting mix : plant your wandering jew in well drained potting mix.
Third tip is watering : this plant love moist soil, so keep this soil just moist not soggy.
Fourth and final tip is fertilizer : this plant don't require too much fertilizer. Give vermicompost or any organic compost once in a 3 months.

How to graft jackfruit tree


Jackfruit is an exotic fruit grown in tropical regions of the world. It's belong to the Moraceae family and mainly native to southwest India. It's the national fruit of sri lanka & bangladesh & the state fruit of the Indian states of kerala & tamil Nadu.

Jackfruit tree mainly propagate through seedling and grafting. There are different type of grafting Stone grafting, Cleft grafting and most successful grafting is Contact grafting. The main advantage of contact grafting is both plants are live. You can get almost 100% success. The full process of contact grafting will take around 2 month.

Steps:
First of all need one seedling jackfruit tree & planted into the growing bag. Seedling plants are used as a root stock. One need mature mother tree that is used as scion. Root stock cut 40% and mother plant stem cut 60% and bind them each other using grafting tape. It will take 2 month for successful grafting.

How to graft mango tree



Mango's are the most widely cultivated delicious tropical fruit and it's native to the South Asia. Mango is the national fruit of India, Philippines, Pakistan and the national tree of Bangladesh. This plants are mainly grown from the seedling and grafting. There are different type of grafting Stone grafting, Cleft grafting and most successful grafting is Contact grafting.

In this video I'm going to show you "How to make contact grafting of mango tree". The main advantage of contact grafting is both plants are live. You can get almost 100% success. The full process of contact grafting will take around 2 month.

First of all need one seedling mango plant and planted into the growing bag. Seedling plants are used as a root stock. One need mature mother tree that is used as scion. Root stock cut 40% and mother plant stem cut 60% and bind them each other using grafting tape. It will take 2 month for successful grafting.

Grow Kalanchoe Plant : How to Propagate Kalanchoe Plant from Stem Cuttin...





Kalanchoe is a tropical succulent flowering plants in the family Crassulaceae. It is mainly native to Madagascar and tropical Africa. It is also known as Kalanchauhuy. It produces beautiful blooms during the winter season. Kalanchoe plant stems are smooth and leafs are thick. Kalanchoe plant mainly propagate through stem cutting and leaf cutting.

In this video I'm going to show you propagate through stem cutting. September and october month is the best time for Kalanchoe cutting grow.

Steps :

1) Take cutting from the main plant use sharp cutter or gardening tools to cut the stem from the plant.

2) Remove some leaves bottom of the stem cutting.

3) Make your own potting mix. The ratio of the potting mix is 60% normal garden soil, 20% fine sand, 20% vermicompost.

4) Take a pot with well drainage hole and fill it with potting mix. clay pot are better than plastic pot.

5) Make a hole in the potting mix with your finger or gardening tools.

6) Take cutting place it in the hole and press it gently.

7) Finally Sprinkle little bit of water and keep it shami shaded place.
