Grow dragon fruit or pitaya from cuttings


Dragon fruit (pitaya or pitahaya) is tropical fruit that has become increasingly popular in recent years for it's unique looks and taste. It has lots of healthy benefits. This plant mainly native to southeast Mexico and central America. It is also known as pitaya or pitahaya. Dragon fruit plant mainly propagate through seedling and stem cutting.
In this video I'm going to show you - how to propagate dragon fruit plant from stem cutting.
Propagation step:
1) First of all cut any mature stem from the main plant.
2) Make potting mix for dragon fruit plant, the ratio of the potting mix is 60% garden soil, 20% fine sand and 20% vermicompost.
3) Take a pot with well drainage system and fill it with potting mix.
4) Plant cutting into the potting mix.
5) Finale give some water and keep it partial shade place.
