Water apple or jambu air layering propagation


Water apple (wax jambu) are delicious evergreen tropical fruit, in the family Myrtaceae. It’s also known as wax apple, wax jambu, Java apple, Semarang rose apple and jamrul. It’s mainly native to Malay Peninsula, the Greater Sunda Islands and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Water apple tree mainly propagate from air layering method. In this video I'm going to show you how to propagate water apple plant through air layering method (with update).
The best propagation methods is air layering. Air layering is a method of propagating new trees and shrubs from stems still attached to the parent plant. The stem is wrapped with damp coco peat or other media to encourage roots to form. Air layering is an effective propagation method for some plants that do not root readily from cuttings and which often lack low-growing shoots suitable for conventional layering, such as magnolia, hazel, Cotinus and flowering Cornus species.

Dieffenbachia or Dumb Cane Propagation and Care Tips


Dieffenbachia (dumb cane) is an evergreen perennial ornamental beautiful foliage decorative house plant in the Araceae family. It is mainly native to the Mexico and the West Indies south to Argentina. It's also known as dumb cane and mother in law's tongue plant. Dieffenbachia is a very poisonous plant, which can cause temporary inability to speak and skin irritation. This plant mainly propagate through stem cutting. In this video I'm going to show you how to propagate Dieffenbachia from stem cutting and care tips.
Propagation step:
1) First of all make potting mix for Dieffenbachia plant. The ratio of the potting mix is 60% normal garden soil, 20% vermicompost and 20% fine sand. Mix it well.
2) Cut any mature stem from the main plant.
3) Take a well-drainage pot and cover the drainage holes with some coconut husk or gravel.
4) Fill it with potting mix. Plant the cutting into potting mix.
5) Finally through watering and keep it partial shade place.

Dieffenbachia is a very low maintenance plant. The caring tips of Dieffenbachia plant.
First tip is light : It prefer indirect sunlight or low light condition for best growth.
Second tip is potting mix : Plant your Dieffenbachia in well drained potting mix.
Third tip is watering : Keep the potting soil moist not soggy, when top of the soil feels slightly dry then water it. It can tolerate low water conditions.
Fourth tip is fertilizer : This plant don't require too much fertilizer. Apply a vermicompost or any organic compost or liquid fertilizer once in a two months.

How to propagate Nerium Oleander or Kaner from cutting with update


Oleander is an evergreen perennial flowering plant or shrub in the Apocynaceae family. It is commonly known as Nerium, Kaner, Korobi (করবী) and it's mainly native to southern Asia, Portugal and southern parts of China.
Oleander is a very low maintenance plant and easy to grow. It's mainly propagated through stem cutting.

How to propagate Loropetalum from cutting with update


Loropetalum is an evergreen perennial ornamental house plant. It is native to China, Japan, and South Eastern Asia. This plant mainly grow as a garden cover and hages also.

1) Light : It prefer bright indirect sunlight for best growth. Keep the plant in full sunlight place.
2) Potting Mix : Plant your Loropetalum in well drain potting mix.
3) Watering : Loropetalum plant love moist soil, keep the soil just moist not soggy.
